Our Programs

Seven Programs. One Pathway. Zero Filler.

Every program below plugs into the Growth Pathway — so whether she's planting her first seed at age 7 or running a market stand at 17, there's a next step waiting for her.

The Growth Pathway

She Doesn't Age Out of GIFTS. She Grows Through It.

Ages 7–10

The Seedlings

Curiosity, basic plant life cycles, getting her hands dirty, and foundational emotional skills — sharing, patience, naming her feelings.

Ages 11–14

The Sprouts

Middle-school transitions, Agri-STEM (soil chemistry, ecosystems), self-esteem, nutrition, and tending a garden bed as a team.

Ages 15–18

The Harvesters

Leadership, food sovereignty, community impact, entrepreneurship, and mentoring the Seedlings and Sprouts coming up behind her.

Ages 7–18 · All Cohorts

🌻 Growth Mindset Community Garden

Our flagship program and the classroom for everything else we do. Girls tend a real community garden plot — weeding, watering, pruning — while mentors turn every task into a lesson: weeding out negative self-talk, learning patience with personal growth, tending to mental health the way you'd tend a seedling.

🔬 Agri-STEM & Nutrition Workshops

Hands-on science that doesn't feel like a worksheet — testing soil pH, tracking weather patterns, studying botany — that culminates in cooking and eating the healthy food they grew themselves. This is the "Intellectually Focused" part of our name, in dirt form.

🧺 G.I.F.T.S. Farmers Market

Our oldest girls harvest, market, and sell what they've grown to the local community — real financial literacy, real public speaking, real business operations, with real money on the table. No pretend cash registers here.

Entrepreneurship with actual customers →
All Ages · Weekly Sessions

💡 Mindset & Life-Skills Workshops

Everything school schedules rarely have room for: critical thinking, financial literacy, media literacy (how to actually navigate social media), plus practical skills like sewing and quilting — delivered in partnership with local schools, the YMCA, and Boys & Girls Clubs.

Ages 13–18 · Cohort-Based

🤝 Transformational Mentorship Cohort

A 6-to-12-week group coaching cohort connecting girls with professional women from the Atlanta community. The focus: overcoming imposter syndrome, naming personal values, and setting goals she'll actually follow through on — measured with real pre- and post-program surveys.

Mentors who've been exactly where she's headed →
Ages 7–18 · Weekend & Summer

🏕️ Leadership Retreats

Weekend and summer immersions that split time between academic enrichment (goodbye, summer slide) and social-emotional learning — conflict resolution, self-advocacy, public speaking — in a safe, unplugged environment. Subsidized or free, always.

A break from screens, not from growth →

📚 Academic Confidence Coaching

Tutoring that goes past the next test — building real study habits, working through test anxiety, and installing a growth mindset that outlasts the semester. For the girl who needs a coach in her corner, not just an answer key.

Confidence first, grades follow →
